Fall Update
With fall in full swing, Harlend is winding down with tour dates and getting ready for a well deserved break. The boys will be taking the next four weeks off to rest up before they gear up to go into the studio. That's right Harlend is cutting another record. At the end of November they hope to have most of the writing process completed that they began over the summer of 2008.
Justin and the band has had to adjust to his new position as worship director for Odyssey at Garfield Church. Everyone has embraced his new church ministry, and is excited for what God is doing there. The boys are all best friends, and they really miss hanging out with their frontman on a day to day basis.
As a side note frontman Justin Mackey is really excited. God had laid on his heart that he needed to share his love with another. So he decided to go to the local animal shelter and adopt a two-year old german shepherd named Buddy. It has been really good for him as Mackey has struggled coping with being so far from his band mates, and he has a fenced in backyard. Buddy is now trying to cope living with a musician.
